Working alongside the Leisure Club Operations Manager and Team Leaders, you’ll create a slick member experience that keeps the results coming (and the members too!)
A real ‘people person’, you’ll introduce newcomers to the club through gym orientations and inductions, deliver some of our leading fitness classes, plus ensure the club is in tip top shape, through monitoring of the pool area and first class cleanliness.
Whether you’re coaching, cleaning or co-ordinating a class, you’ll share your passion for top tier standards, and create an environment our members just love coming back to.
THE CREATOR OF HAPPINESS
One thing's for sure, we look after our members. So we want customer-centric folk to help keep our members happy, as part of our Central Head Office team.
Whether you're on the phone tackling membership queries, or responding to burning questions via email, you'll offer service with a (virtual) smile and a 'can do' approach to member care.
You'll be a key cog in the Village member experience, ensuring newcomers have everything they need to make the most of their membership, and that existing members stay happy, whilst they stay healthy.
There'll be plenty of communication, through web chat, phone and digital channels, plus daily data cleansing to ensure our member info is slick and accurate.

So, as Membership Advisor, it’s your job to ensure a perfect match.
You’ll bring that vibrant personality and oh-so-loveable nature to showcase our facilities to potential new members. You’ll get to know what they’re looking for, what they hope to achieve and demonstrate how Village Gym is their match made in heaven.
You love meeting new people, so you’ll enjoy getting to know potential new members, by phone, or in person when you give them a grand tour of the club.
You’ll match their individual needs to the facilities we have on offer, to ensure their fitness journey gets off to a great start. Plus, advise on additional products and services to help them smash those fitness goals.
THE EXPERIENCE PERFECTOR

So you’ll bring your passion for perfection to ensure our public areas are looking slick. Whether it’s sprucing up the studios, keeping the gym floor looking on form or perfecting the poolside, you’ll just love to stay on top of your game.
You recognise that our members have a certain standard when it comes to their fitness experience. So you’ll be hell-bent on making it one that keeps the smiles coming. Expect a varied day-to-day that includes cleanliness, hygiene, refining our awesome guest experience and taking care of the pool area, such as responding to poolside alarms.
THE WARM WELCOME
Our Leisure Receptionist gives the very first impression of our Village experience. So no pressure, but your greeting sets the standard for the service our members and guests will receive from then on in. Let’s make it one to remember!
With a friendly personality and a ‘can do’ attitude, you’ll greet members and guests on arrival and be the first point of call by phone. You’ll thrive on ensuring top notch customer service, ensuring our members have everything they need and that enquiries are dealt with effectively.
You love a chat, and you understand what makes a great customer experience, so you’ll get to know our members, and ensure they make the most of what Village life has to offer.
On a day to day basis, expect to be meeting, greeting, taking bookings to introduce new people to the club, resolving queries and keeping our members happy.
