No problem. Let our swim instructors know you're an Aquacise beginner, and they'll ensure they modify any exercises you may find challenging during your first class.
Feel free to make our Aqua Aerobics class work for you. If you begin to feel tired quickly, push yourself as far as you're able then take regular breaks.
Our Aqua Aerobics class is much easier on the joints than a studio-based class.
The water's buoyancy supports your body weight, reducing stress on the joints.
So it's a great class for senior members who want to enjoy a full-body workout and improve cardiovascular fitness, balance and range of motion.
