By using the natural resistance of the water, our Aqua Aerobics class can increase muscle strength, improve your cardio and enhance lung function.
Water is around 800 times denser than air, so it provides around 12 times more resistance.
This is why our Aqua Aerobics class is a great way to incorporate resistance training into your workout, without leaving yourself feeling too beaten.
Aqua Aerobics classes are a great way to add variety to your weight loss routine.
Moving through water requires more effort than in the fitness studio, so by regularly attending our Aqua Aerobics classes, you'll give your calorie burns a boost.
