WHAT IS AQUA AEROBICS?

Aqua Aerobics classes are perfect for those that want to improve their fitness levels with a low impact workout. It’s much easier on your joints and suitable for all ages and fitness levels. Enjoy sessions that include a spot of aqua Zumba, stretch-based water yoga and aqua jogging to get your cardio in check.

By using the natural resistance of the water, our Aqua Aerobics class can increase muscle strength, improve your cardio and enhance lung function. Water is around 800 times denser than air, so it provides around 12 times more resistance.

This is why our Aqua Aerobics classes are a great way to incorporate resistance training into your workout, without leaving yourself feeling too beaten.

WHO IS IT FOR?

Aqua aerobics is perfect for pregnant women, seniors, and beginners due to its low-impact nature and full-body workout that reduces joint strain. The water’s buoyancy supports the body, minimizing injury risk while improving strength, flexibility, and circulation. Pregnant women enjoy relief from discomfort, seniors benefit from better balance and cardiovascular health, and beginners can build stamina at a comfortable pace with the water’s natural resistance.
