Box N Burn is an excellent class for those who have an interest in boxing and want blast those calories like their favourite professional boxers. This full body workout uses a unique combination of boxing moves, weight training, and intense cardio training. You’ll be led by our expert trainers on a fitness routine that is an immersive experience with cutting-edge equipment and workout techniques.
Our instructors will lead you on 12 sets of 3 minute routines designed to build your resistance and teach you basic boxing techniques, all with the aid of video technology and pumping House music beats.
Each class will feature 12 people, 4 on each section at a time.
Using our water-filled punching bags, you’ll work your way around your own bag with 3 minute rounds to learn the fundamentals of boxing while taking part in a killer workout.
Using our state-of-the-art technogym Evo benches you’ll have a round of squats, crunches and presses for a strengthening 3 minute blast session. Boost your muscle gain, tone your physique and improve your coordination with this stage.
Your third round will consist of cardio-intensive workouts using our cutting-edge SkillRuns or SkillMills to train your endurance and stamina. Sprint, side squat, and slide push for 3 minutes of calorie burning cardio - all lead by our expert instructors.
