Box N Burn Classes in Basingstoke

This fitness class will provide you with a full body workout where you’ll train with weights, learn to use basic boxing techniques, and take part in an intense cardio circuit. Box N Burn consists of 12 sets of 3 minute routines lead by our instructors; featuring 12 people per class, 4 on each section at a time. The whole session is designed to build your resistance, improve your cardio, and tone your body all with the aid of video technology and catchy House music beats.

BOX

Blast a 3 minute round of working on our water-filled punching bags that doubles up as both a lesson on boxing basics and a cardio calorie killer. Learn how to move around the bag with precise footwork while you develop the power to pack a punch.

LIFT

Next in the circuit is a workout designed to build your core and tone your muscle groups with our technogym Evo benches. Squat, crunch, and press you way through 3 minutes of intense muscular strength and endurance training to help you develop your physique, form, and improve your bodily coordination.

Move

The last leg of the 3 station circuit consists of a 3 minute calorie burning cardio burst using SkillRuns or SkillMills. In this section our instructors will led you through sprints, slide pushes, and side squats to help you elevate your cardio and progress your fitness.
