Unleash your inner fighter with a high-intensity Box N Burn workout. Led by trained professionals, this fitness class will train all parts of your body with weights, basic boxing techniques, and intense cardio exercises. You’ll use state-of-the-art equipment and kit to ensure you’ll get the best possible workout every session for your goals and fitness level.
Each Box N Burn session consists of:
• 12 sets of 3 minute routines
• Features up to 12 people per class
• 4 people on each section at a time
Every session is led by our seasoned Box N Burn experts. Build your resistance, improve your cardio, and tone your body all with the aid of video technology and catchy House music beats.
Begin with a 3-minute inferno round of boxing around our water-filled punching bags. Learn fundamental boxing techniques in the first section of the class, including precise footwork and full-power punching, to really ignite your inner fire and begin torching those calories.
The second 3-minute round of the routine will focus on the core with the aim of helping you tone your muscles and physique. Using our technogym Evo benches you’ll church, press, and squat you’re way to improve endurance, form, and bodily coordination.
The last leg of one of our 3 station routines consists of a cardio burst that’ll help you scorch your calories. Using SkillRuns or SkillMills our instructors will lead you through sprints, slide pushes, and side squats to complete 1 round of the 12 you’ll complete in the entire session.
