The Les Mills Core class is a 30 minute core training fitness class, using your body weight, resistance tubing and weights to tighten the body and tone you up.
All of the exercises in our Blackpool Core class have been designed to improve your functional strength, for a stronger body and better muscle tone.

During your 30-minute Core class in Blackpool, our trained fitness instructors will guide you through the correct strength training techniques that will firm and tone your core.
You'll work with a range of resistance equipment and weight plates, as well as perform body-weight exercises such as crunches and hovers.

Before your CXWORX class in Blackpool gets started, your fitness instructor will outline the muscle groups you'll be targetting.
We'll then wam up with a number of stretching exercises to activate the muscles we'll be working on.
Your CXWORX workout will include exercises that isolate muscles (crunches and leg extensions) and integrate mucles (standing balance and hovers).
It's a physically demanding workout, but one that will produce results!

During your Blackpool Core class, you'll get to grips with using a resistance band. If you haven't used one before, your Village Gym instructor will show you how it works.
Wrapping the band around your body, you'll perform a number of different exercises to add more resistance as you work key muscles.
Expect to tackle squats, lunges, biceps curls, and shoulder rows, engaging the core all the way through to firm up the abs and back.
