What to Expect From Box N Burn

A Box N Burn session will consist of 12 sets of 3 minute routines designed to build your resistance and teach you basic boxing techniques, all with the aid of video technology and pumping House music beats. The class will be led by our professional in-house trainers and every class will feature 12 people, 4 on each section at a time.

BOX

Take part in 3 minute rounds working on our water-filled punching bags to develop a basic understanding of boxing techniques while having a killer workout.

LIFT

With the use of our Evo benches and cutting-edge technogym kit, you’ll lift your way through squats, crutches and presses - designed to help you tone and build muscular resilience. Blast those calories and develop the muscle you’ll need to pack a punch.

Move

This round of the routine involves a high-performance cardio workout using either SkillRuns or SkillMills. Train your body to increase your stamina and fortify your endurance as you sprint, slide push, and side squat in a calorie scorching 3 minutes to finish a set.
