Yes. By combining regular Circuit Training classes with cardio and strength training in the gym, you can increase lean muscle mass, which will help to boost your metabolism and torch calories.

New to our circuit training class? No problem, let your instructor know before the class kicks off so that we can ensure you're not overdoing it in your first session.
If you've never done a circuit training class before, go at a pace that works for you and ask us to adapt any exercises that you may find too challenging whilst you get settled in.
Tip: Bring water to stay hydrated, a sweat towel and wear light, comfortable clothing with well-fitting trainers.

Most of the exercises can be adapted to avoid discomfort, and you're free to go at your own pace.
Whilst circuit training and HIIT both have a fast pace and plenty of variety, they are different workout styles.
Circuit training involves going straight into one exercise after another with no rest in between.
During a HIIT workout, you'll perform exercises at full pace, with intervals of rest.
Both are great options for boosting your cardio fitness, improving endurance and blitzing fat.
