No dance experience is required, just a load of enthusiasm! Many of our older Glasgow Gym members enjoy Zumba for a full body workout without the high impact (great for protecting the joints!)

With 40 spin bikes, Village Gym Glasgow provides the perfect setting for your instructor-led or virtual spinning class, with shorter classes also available for those limited on time.
