When you join our fitness community, we want to get you started as you mean to go on. So, we won't simply hand you a membership card and leave you head-scratching on where to begin. 

Our free Health + Wellbeing Check will ensure you maximise your gym time and smash those goals.

Everyone has to start somewhere. So let's get you started with a little help from the experts.

 

GET THE APP

Before your Health + Wellbeing Check, we'll ask you to download the Village app. This is where you'll access all of the good stuff to keep you on track as you get to grips with your new fitness plan. We'll give you an overview of the app and where to find what you need.

GETTING TO KNOW YOU

Your dedicated Fitness Coach will assess your health, lifestyle and most importantly, what you want to achieve.

Then we'll plan out an Aspiration Map, using smart psychometric profiling so that we can truly understand what gets you excited, how best to motivate you and how you like to get your fitness kicks. 

We'll finish with a Tanita session to assess your unique body stats including body composition.

NEXT UP...

Once we've gotten to know you (literally) inside and out, we'll book you in for a Fitness Orientation. 

Your Fitness Coach will recap on your assessment and design a bespoke fitness plan tailored to your loves, hates, needs and no doubt already hectic schedule. 

We'll show you the bits of kit you'll frequently be getting to grips with and how to use them for maximum effect. We'll then book you in for a 6 week review to check out your progress.
