Great question, we get asked this a lot! And the answer depends on you. Some of our Personal Training clients meet with their trainer every week, maybe twice a week, to ensure they are on the right track.
If you think you need an extra push and that tough love / supporting voice, we’d recommend meeting your trainer twice a week. If you’re happy on your own, confident to put our plan into action, you might only need to meet once a week.
