WHERE ARE WE HEADED?

Check out your monthly Route Plan in club, with meet times and locations of where your Run Club instructor will meet you, to get you started. 

If you find a route you love, re-run it in club by accessing the route via your MyWellness account when you jump on the treadmill. 

TRACK IT

Track your progress and save your run by joining our Strava Group.

WHAT TO BRING

  • Water (stay hydrated!)
  • £2, light to carry though enough in case you need to stop off to buy water along the way.
  • Hair ties (if the wind picks up, you don'yt want those locks blocking your view of the roads)
  • Sunnies (if it's bright out, pop a pair of sunglasses on to prevent the glare affecting your vision)
  • Fitness tracker - use the Technogym Outdoor tracker to view your progress within the Village Gym app. It'll track your heart rate, route and allow you to re-run that same route on a treadmill back in club.
