WHERE ARE WE HEADED?

Check out your monthly Route Plan in club, with meet times and locations of where your Run Club instructor will meet you, to get you started. 

If you find a route you love, re-run it in club by accessing the route via your MyWellness account when you jump on the treadmill. 

TRACK IT

Track your progress and save your run by joining our Strava Group. 

Strava is a game-changer for tracking your runs. It gives you all the stats you need – pace, distance, and time – but it’s not just that. You can compare your performances over time, set goals, and even compete on segments with other runners. You can also share your achievements, cheer on your mates, and get a bit of friendly rivalry going. It’ll keep you motivated and push you to go further, faster, and harder. Perfect for anyone who’s serious about improving!

TECHNOGYM SESSIONS

Unlock what you’re really capable of as a runner by finding the right motivation. If you're in need of a change of scenery, check out the Technogym Sessions built into the treadmills in club.

You can opt for a classic run sesh, or have a go at an outdoor trail or scenic landscape and take those outdoor runs indoors! Don’t forget to stay on track with your TrainingPeaks plan – it'll help keep you focused and smashing your goals, no problem!

WHAT TO BRING

  • Water (stay hydrated!)
  • £2, light to carry though enough in case you need to stop off to buy water along the way.
  • Hair ties (if the wind picks up, you don'yt want those locks blocking your view of the roads)
  • Sunnies (if it's bright out, pop a pair of sunglasses on to prevent the glare affecting your vision)
  • Fitness tracker - use the Technogym Outdoor tracker to view your progress within the Village Gym app. It'll track your heart rate, route and allow you to re-run that same route on a treadmill back in club.
