Please wear your swimwear, bathing suit or shorts and if you wish to use footwear, a pair of flip flops when using our Wirral sauna.
We recommend bringing a towel in with you, which will be more comfortable to sit on if the sauna benches are already warm.
Our sauna on the Wirral is regularly cleaned throughout the day to ensure it's fresh for use. Please help us to keep the sauna sweet by not bringing drinks or leaving used items inside.
For safety, we recommend you sauna for a maximum of 20 minutes. Though please consider other Wirral members who may be waiting to use the sauna too.
Phones are not permitted in the sauna and we like to think of it as a place to detox rather than download!

Members of Village Gym Wirral can use our sauna as and when they please.
The pool opens at 6.30am until 10pm midweek and 8am until 9pm on weekends. Our sauna will be open during these times.
There's no need to book. Come on in!
We ask that members using our sauna on the Wirral are aged 16 or over. This is to ensure your safety whilst using our sauna.
It's not recommended that children accompany you if you are enjoying a sauna session.
We apply the same rules to the use of our steam room and whirlpool. Safety first!
