HOW TO ENTER
To enter, you must book and attend a tour of your local club. Tours can be booked online here.
Tour must be booked and completed by the closing date of 30th April, midnight.
Winner will be selected on 1st May and contacted via the email address provided when the tour was booked. It is your responsibility to provide the correct email address at the time of booking.
If we receive no response from the winner within 14 days, another winner will be selected at random.
PRIZES
Prizes will be posted to your home address. Pre-selected delivery dates cannot be guaranteed. Please inform us if you wish to delay delivery to ensure you are home to receive them.
FREE PASS
Your free 3 day pass can be claimed by contacting your local club and showing the official winner's email you received.
Free 3 day pass includes three consecutive days full use of Village Health & Wellness Clubs gym and pool areas, including sauna, steam and whirlpool. Use is for two adults over the age of 18 and two children aged 4-16. The first day of use begins the three consecutive days. Pass must be fully used before 31st May 2025.
The pass can be gifted to friends. You must provide the names of the two adults and two children who will be using the pass before we can issue it to you. Please send this when providing your address details for the prizes by post.
FREE MEMBERSHIPS
Free membership includes use of your local club only, for two adults, who must be living at the same address. Proof of address for both parties will be requested when setting up your memberships.
Includes full use for one calendar month of the gym, pool and classes (excluding Reformer Pilates which can be purchased as an optional extra). Members must be over 18. Membership cannot be transferred or gifted.
Your membership will commence on 1st May and end on 31st May at midnight. Please visit your local club and show your winning email. The team will set up your account and issue your membership card.
Classes will be subject to availability and at the Manager's discretion. Reformer Pilates is not available to guests on a free visit.
Please note, the marketing team are unable to set up membership accounts. You must contact the club to arrange this. Enquiring via social media or responding to our marketing emails will not assist you in claiming your free membership.
ENTRY RULES
One entry per person.
You will be automatically entered once a club tour has been completed.
Not available to any guests that have had a tour of their club or used a guest pass within the last 90 days.
No cash alternative for any of the prizes outlined.
Winner's name will be announced on our social media channels.
Entry into the Prize Draw is free.
Entries must be received by 31st December 2022.
Winner will be drawn at random on December 31st 2022 and will be notified by email within 14 days.
Three lucky Prize Winners will receive a 3 month Village Gym membership.
This Membership can be set up at a Village Gym of your choice, but will only provide access to the Club you select.
No termination notice is required, as this membership prize is for a fixed period only.
Ten Runners Up Prizes will also be awarded. Runners up prize consists of a One Week Gym Pass.
One Week Gym Pass must be activated within 4 weeks of issue and will be valid for 7 consecutive days. See Gym Pass related terms and conditions.
Competition entrants must be a minimum age of 18 years.
Prizes are non-transferable.
Employees and suppliers of Village Hotel Club cannot enter this Prize Draw.
In case of dispute, a senior Village Gym management team member will make a decision that is final and binding. No further communication will then be made on the matter.
The 3 Winners of the 3 Month Membership Prizes agree to allow Village Gym to announce their name and to use a photo of them (royalty free) in Village Gym’s social media and marketing communications.
