National Fitness Day, the Uk's largest physical activity celebration returns today, to raise awareness of the importance of a healthier and more active lifestyle.
Across the country, there'll be fitness activities cropping up in thousands of health clubs and leisure centres, from ‘plank offs’ to pilates, fitness classes to fast-paced challenges.
