HAVE A BLAST
If an hour-long fitness class sounds like too much for your schedule, rub shoulders on the gym floor. Several of our clubs run our exclusive, Blade Blast classes. Just 20 minutes of high intensity moves, centered around the cutting edge Speedflex Blade.
Great for groups of up to 6 people, this one’s a great way to shake up a dull solo workout. It takes place on the gym floor, so if there’s a space free, hop off that treadmill, tackle 20 minutes and make some new buddies whilst you’re at it! It’ll quickly become a regular thing.

If you’re sick of the study books, share your fave novels or pick up tips on must-haves to add to your reading list in our monthly Book Clubs. Throw in some freshly brewed coffee and plenty of bookish bants, it sure beats an afternoon down the library!

If you’re more partial to a pinot than a £1 pint or several shots down the Student Union, you’ll love our Member Events. From Spin N’ Gin to Burn & Bubbles, tackle a group fitness class, followed by a sip on something chilled afterwards!
Enjoy a little Cheddar with your Chenin Blanc at our Wine & Cheese Nights, or get your glam on at one of our Party Nights - featuring tribute acts from Dirty Dancing to ABBA, plus Retro 80s disco and Motown vibes.
A BREATH OF FRESH AIR
Being holed up in stuffy lecture theatres all day leaves you in need of some outdoor time! Tackle an outdoor bootcamp session such as our exclusive Air class. Functional and bodyweight training led by an expert instructor, in our purpose built outdoor fitness space.
Soak up some sunshine, get your dose of fitness, then why not finish off with a wind down drink together outside the Pub & Grill.

Student socialising doesn’t exist without a pub quiz! So put your knowledge to the test with Quiz Nights in our Pub & Grill (snip 25% off the bill whilst you’re there with your member discount!)

Well, your life focus right now is all about the learning! So get in on the action in one of our educational workshops. We run monthly member sessions such as Nutrition Clinics, FreeWeight For Beginners and Hack Squat Clinics, led by expert personal trainers to educate you on proper food, form and function!
A great way to meet others with the same fitness goals, interests or someone to share tips with after class!
